How Churches Work [or reasons why they are not always in perfect harmony]
 

                               
                      Line Callout 2: These members have fallen from Salvation, but still attend.  Often source of disharmony.
Line Callout 2: Member in temporary backslide.  Can be source of disharmony.  Backsliding must be repented of lest person fall away from Salvation.
       
                               
                               
      Line Callout 2: This is a person crept in unawares with foreign doctrines, debate and attitude.
                       
                    Line Callout 2: This member making good forward progress in Salvation Process.
         
                  Line Callout 2: This member new to Salvation Process
           
                               
                               

Line Callout 2: About 20% of the congregation is falsely converted. That is, they were baptized but never received the Holy Spirit.   No effect on ultimate Salvation.  Some disharmony can come from this group.
