Latest report has Haley back home. Will get this confirmed and post in this 2 PM report.
She has a collapsed lung. The doctor in Manteca said she has never seen a case like Haley's. They are planning on taking her to Valley Children's (where she was before) today. My brother thinks (thinks) they will do the surgery this time.

Haley Update... Prayer's have been requested!!! She has 101 temp and has been taken to a hospital. They have confirmed the pneumonia is back and waiting on chest x-ray's. Haley is very scared! So are my brother and sister in law. Please keep them in your prayers tonight!
Someone at work just asked be about Haley today and I said she was doing well and playing. In just a moment, everything changes. I will let my family know the prayers are coming! My brother just text, "My baby girl is back in the hospital pneumonia again. They will be observing for 24 hours if her body accepts the medication we might not have to do it all again please send prayers her way thank you.
Haley is home!!!
Just got the call. Haley, who was so close to needing
a full blood transfusion astonished the doctors by having her own blood
getting back to normal. They sent her home!! The family is
walking on air they are so happy. Pictures of her homecoming were
taken and if we can get one or two, we will put them up soon.
Thank you all for your prayers. Please continue with them for
Haley and the entire family as Haley continues to heal and the family
can breathe a sign of relief and get back to a more normal routine.
Good News!! Evon went
to the hospital today and found Haley sitting up. Just then a
medical helicopter landed outside and Haley got up and walked to the
window to show Evon the sight. While this was going on, the doctor
entered the room and has now declared that maybe Haley is on the
mend--coming out of this situation. Haley currently has no fever.
Received a call from Sybil. Haley is still off the tubes and out of ICU but her temperature went back to 104 degrees and she does have some sort of infection still. They may have to do an operation on the lungs. They may have to reinsert the tube or tubes. Keep praying for Haley. She has a ways to go yet.
They took out
all her tubes today. They will x-ray her about 11a.m. to check
everything. She will be moved to another room soon. She will still be
in the hospital for another 5 to 7 days or so to just monitor her
recovery. She has to be so weak from it all, build up her strength
before releasing her. Finally good news about Haley!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Chris,
Haley is still in ICU, still holding her own, she is still very sick. Some kind of blood infection. Was still on oxygen yesterday, haven't heard today if she is off that or not. Should be getting an update from Evon soon. Everyone please keep praying for little Haley!!!!!!
HOPEFUL NEWS!! As of this morning, Haley's temperature dropped from 104 to 98. She asked for a bagel and cream cheese! The hospital will do a scan to check the lungs but their current conclusion is that lungs are clearing up.
Keep praying that Haley gets to go home soon.

Talked to Evon on the phone today. Haley has infection in her blood that they are trying to keep under control with meds. I was incorrect late night when I said they took the tube out of her lung. It is still in and it is starting to get the infection out of her as it drains. She is still in ICU and will keep her there till we hear different. Haley is a fighter, she is still very sick please everyone keep praying for her complete recovery.

Got back tonight from the hospital, John says Haley is doing better. They took out the tube that was in her lung to drain the liquid out. Nothing is coming out so they removed it. The little girl now wants to eat and the doctors let her. They are keeping her in ICU for safely sake tonight and see what tomorrow brings. It looks as though she is turning the corner to the good. God is good all the time!!!!!!!!! Thank to all the prayers for little Haley, keep up the good fight. Will send a message tomorrow when I know something.

A small sign of hope.
The doctor came into the room today and Haley was showing some activity. He asked her if she was hungry and she said, "Yes!" He asked, "What would you eat if I brought it to you?" She replied, "A hamburger, a hotdog, a chicken nugget and a pizza." The doctor then ordered that a piece of each be brought to Haley to see what she would eat. Being hungry is supposed to be a good sign the doctor said. No word what she was able to eat.
The family stated, "Keep the prayers coming!!" They are having some effect. We are too guarded to celebrate at this moment but this is an interesting turn of events. Haley is still a very sick little girl one family member said.
Syble just called me from Chowchilla and this is not good. Haley has:
1] N1H1 Flu
2] Pneumonia

4] The blood clot as reported yesterday.
And now she has developed a rash possibly from the medicine.
The report a few minutes ago was "No better, no worse" from yesterday.
The family is calling a family-wide fast from sundown this evening to tomorrow evening. If you would like to fast with them, the family would greatly appreciate this.

Evon just called me, Haley has a blood clot in her tummy, with medication they are going to try and correct it. She also now has a staph and strep infection. Meds for that too. She was able to have one sip of a chocolate shake and smiled and said she wanted to watch Hanna Montana on TV., so that's a cute thing and that little girl keeps fighting through all of this. John says thank you to everyone who is praying for his little girl.

Haley had her procedure about her heart. As I understand it ,they put a stint in her arm and are giving her strong antibiotics to bring the white cell count to come back up. She is still in ICU and just mom and dad can be with her. We have all been in the waiting room awaiting more info. I am home now so I wanted to get this off to you. Keep prayer please.

Just got a message they are taking her back into surgery to drain the liquid around her heart. The family is very scared. I leaving for the hospital now. Will keep you informed when I can.

Haley is stable as I write to you. They do not think she has MRSA, the staph infection now.
She is not out of the woods yet and is a very sick little girl. Evon just told me they just put another tube into her near her heart, we aren't sure what that is about. But she is stable for now, please everyone keep praying for Haley . Thanks for all the prayers.
Haley is out of
surgery and they put a tube in her lungs to keep the lungs able to keep
draining on their own. There is no conformation whether she has MRSA, [staph
infection] when they know anything I'll let you know. So far
she is getting through this horrible ordeal.

Regarding the Chowchilla group and the 5 year old baby of John and Heidi
Grabar, son of Evon and David.
Baby’s name is Haley Michelle Grabar. In the hospital now with severe
