01 — First visit
What to expect
- What to wear
- Whatever you are comfortable in. Most people dress smartly, nobody is checking, and no visitor has ever been out of place.
- When to arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes early is plenty. Arriving right on the hour is fine too — you will not be marched to the front.
- The service
- Opening hymns, an offering that visitors are not expected to take part in, a short sermonette on many weeks, and then the sermon. About ninety minutes in total.
- Children
- Families sit together. Nobody minds the noise that comes with young children.
- Afterward
- People stay and talk. Join in or head off — both are normal.
- Accessibility
- The meeting hall is on one level with parking close to the entrance. Call ahead if you have a specific need and it will be sorted out before you arrive.

Free off-street parking on site, with spaces near the door. No permit and no meter.
Landmarks
Page Avenue runs east–west through Overland; the lodge sits on the north side of the street. If you reach I-170 you have gone too far east.
